Mission Statement :

 Our mission is to provide assistance to the many less fortunate children in the Arrondissement of Belle-Anse in the south-Easthern side of the Republic of Haiti (please see the Map below for more details).

 Many children in Haiti struggle with lack of opportunity. Either parents are without  financial and personal resources to provide even basic education, spiritual guidance, health care, nutrition and sanitation, or the children are orphans. Disadvantaged children are the focus of this not-for-profit foundation.

  There are NO other Non-Government Organizations (NGO) currently undertaking community improvement projects to serve most of the rural areas, including Morne des Commissaires in the Municipality of Thiotte .

According to the  Institut Haitien  de Stastique et d' Informatiquf (IHSA) ,  there are 107.446 people in the  Arrondissement of Belle-Anse which consists of the following municipalities:

Municipality of Belle-Anse 51,707

Municipality of Anse-a-Pitres (Ansapit) 21.846

Municipality of Grand-Gosier (Grangozye) 10.852

Municipality of Thiotte (Tyot) 23,041   

The population of the region to be served, in the beginning, is Morne des Commissaires which is the headquaters of the NGO " United Foundation Andre Eliacin For Life" (UFAnEL)-Fondasyon Inite Andre Eliacin Pou Lavi (FIAnEL) "
